Verifier's Info
Pathway Card.com provides a unique, web based facility for recording and maintaining employee skills profiles!
All employers are invited to register with Pathway Card as Registered Verifiers which means you are registered to verify any member's identity or skills. The benefits are numerous. But essentially you can not only view their passport to verify skills and qualifications but you can also update it when they receive more training or new qualifications. This means that as a Registered Verifier, you can maintain and have access to training records for all Pathway Card members that you employ.
"Why should my organisation register as a verifier?"
For many reasons. Apart from simply underlining your commitment to training to both your customers and your staff, becoming a Pathway Card Registered Verifier provides a practical and effective means of keeping essential employee training records up to date which can help reduce insurance premiums and helps to protect your company against possible litigation.
The benefit of effective training, in terms of improving output and productivity, is widely acknowledged but too often hampered by simple impracticalities such as record keeping. Pathway Card makes the delivery of training and the maintenance of training records so easy.
Pathway Card also helps reduce the huge cost of unnecessary re-training. Billions are wasted each year by organisations carrying out training that has already been provided by a previous employer but not efficiently recorded. Pathway Card makes the skills profiles of all individuals easily accessible, easy to share and greatly reduces this cost, benefiting the entire sector. The efficient maintenance of employee skills profiles reduces staff turnover and improves both productivity and output.
